Member Policies
RSVP Policy
It will be the policy of the CEC that all members RSVP at least 5 days in advance of any club event. In the event that a member RSVPs for an event and does not attend, he will be charged a $35 no show fee due and payable prior to the next scheduled CEC event.
In the event that member does not RSVP in a timely fashion and shows up for that event, they will be charged $35 which will be due and payable at or before the next club event.
In recognition that things happen that are beyond the control of our club members, each member will be allowed to violate this policy 2 times per year without penalty. Members may inform Club that they can not attend an event up to 3 days prior to event without penalty.
Dues Policy
CEC dues will be billed once per year. All members are required to submit their dues by posted and communicated due date. In the event that their dues are not received by posted due date, a reminder will be sent via email to all delinquent members. If a member has not paid his dues by the end of the fourth week, his membership may be filled by the Board and he will have to reapply in order to stay in the club.

Club Event Approval
The approval committee for Board approval of non-standard club events is George Erdle and Art Ringwald. Members looking for support of a non-scheduled event should bring their proposal to the committee first.
